In the fourth quarter of 2024, the top business apps in Lebanon demonstrated varied performance trends on a unified platform, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Zoom Workplace from Zoom Communications, Inc. showed a significant peak in weekly downloads, reaching 20.9K in early November. Its revenue also saw a notable increase, peaking at approximately $1.3K in mid-November. However, the app experienced a decline in active users towards the end of the quarter, dropping from 341.6K to 149.5K.

Microsoft Teams maintained a strong presence with downloads peaking at 17.9K in early October. The app's active users hit a high of 447K in late November, despite no revenue reported for the quarter.

WhatsApp Business saw a steady increase in weekly active users, starting at 930.3K and reaching over 1M by the end of December. Downloads peaked at 19.6K in late December, while weekly revenue reached its highest at $1.2K during the same period.

Alfa Telecom experienced consistent weekly downloads, hovering around 1.8K throughout the quarter. Active users showed a slight increase, peaking at 50.3K in late November, showcasing steady engagement without reported revenue.

Webex from Cisco had a notable spike in downloads at 5.2K in early October. Despite the drop in downloads and active users towards the end of the quarter, the app maintained a moderate level of active users, peaking at 6.1K.
